ParCourse Fitness Walk

Join your friends on a par course walk around the pond at Lakeview Park. 

What’s a ParCourse you ask? Exercise stations along a flat path with plenty of opportunity to bird watch, shake off cabin fever and move your body on a spring morning! If you enjoy the half mile experience, you can repeat it.

What to bring:

  • Good walking shoes

  • Water bottle

  • Sunscreen/sunglasses

  • Clothes appropriate for weather that day

Meet in parking lot at 10:00 am with something purple to identify our group. We will start with a few warm up stretches.
