Chase Out 2024

December 1-31

For the month of December, challenge yourself to walk, run, bike, hike, ski, skate, snowshoe, or complete any other outdoor workout for at least one mile a day or exercise any way you choose indoors for at least 30 minutes a day. Reward yourself every day that you complete the challenge by placing an ornament on the fabric holiday tree that TSM provides.
